Oscar Boscarol SRL processes your data in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and other applicable regulations. Please read the following information carefully. In the following text, the word "data subject" refers to you. The data controller is available to you for any clarification.
Data source - stakeholder, recruitment agency, online platforms (e.g. social)
Interested parties - spontaneous applicants, interest profiles, workers in general
Types of data processed - identification and contact data, curricular data, images (if any), health data (only for people belonging to "protected categories"), other information collected during the selection process
Purpose - to recruit new employees, implement a database of potential new employees through spontaneous applications and/or active searches

Representative in the EU - not appointed
Legitimacy of processing - art. 6 § 1 lett. b) GDPR (need to perform a contract or pre-contractual measures) art. 9 § 2 lett. a) GDPR (consent of the person concerned) only in cases of candidates belonging to "protected categories".
Legitimate interest - not foreseen
Data retention - 5 years from the receipt of the curriculum or from the acquisition of the profile (unless a request for early cancellation by the person concerned)
Possible recipients of the data - personnel selection agencies, IT platforms for personnel recruitment, technology service providers, technical assistance service providers (any recipients may process the data only in the interest of the owner and for the purposes indicated above)
Extra EU data transfer - data remains within the European Union
Your rights - Your rights (available at the link below) can be exercised by contacting the owner, the representative or the DPO by mail or e-mail
Complaints - for any violation of your rights you can complain to the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali in Rome or, alternatively, to the supervisory authority of the place where you are established within the EU
Communication of data - necessary: failure to communicate the data makes it impossible for the owner to contact the person concerned for any job positions
Consent - required only in the case of candidates belonging to "protected categories": in the absence of consent, the candidate cannot be considered for any job positions. The consent given may be revoked at any time by simple communication to the owner, the representative or the DPO.
