In the following text, the word "data subject" refers to you. The data controller is available to you for any clarification.
Data source - interested party and Ministry of Health
Interested parties - employees, collaborators, administrators, partners, suppliers and anyone who accesses company premises for work reasons
Types of data processed - possession and validity of green certificates ("Green Pass") or other medical documents of exemption from the vaccination campaign
Purpose - to comply with legal obligations related to the prevention of the spread of the Sars-CoV-2 virus through the control of green certificates (Green Pass)

Data Protection Officer (DPO) - not appointed
Representative in the EU - not appointed
Legitimacy of processing - Art. 9 § 2 lett. f) GDPR (reasons of public interest in the field of public health)
Legitimate interest - not foreseen
Data retention - once the check has been carried out, there is no recording or retention of data
Possible recipients of the data - the ministerial application used for the audit is designed to prevent any storage, sharing and circulation of the audited information (any recipients may only process the data in the interest of the owner and for the purposes stated above)
Extra-EU data transfer - data is not intended for any database either in the EU or outside the EU
Your rights - Your rights (available at the link below) can be exercised by contacting the owner, the representative or the DPO by mail or e-mail
Complaints - for any violation of your rights you can complain to the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali in Rome or, alternatively, to the supervisory authority of the place where you are established within the EU
Communication of data - required: in the absence of certificates, access to company premises is prevented
